This Privacy Policy governs the data handling practices of SitePulse Real-Time Web Telemetry, Direct Edition ("the App"). The App is a self-hosted hardware telemetry solution designed to provide real-time website visitor analytics while prioritizing absolute data privacy.

1. Decentralized Data Processing

The App operates on a fully decentralized, self-hosted model. There is no central server infrastructure owned or managed by the App developer. All data communication occurs exclusively between your own web server and your local ESP32 hardware device.

2. Information Collection and Use

In compliance with "Data Minimization" principles, the App processes the following data points to trigger hardware alerts:

• Visitor Identification: Public IP addresses of your website visitors.
• Traffic Metadata: URL page paths (e.g., /about, /subscription) and timestamp data.
• Geographic Data: City and country information derived from IP-based lookups.

This data is never transmitted to the App developer. It resides solely on your hosting environment and is temporarily stored in the hardware's local volatile memory for real-time logging.

3. Zero Third-Party Sharing

Since the App does not collect your data, it is impossible for us to sell, trade, or share your visitor information with third parties. You maintain 100% control over your database and tracking logs.

4. Marketplace Compliance and Security

This App complies with the strict privacy requirements of major application marketplaces. It does not perform background user tracking, does not require access to personal contacts or photos, and uses the minimum permissions necessary to facilitate network communication with your server.
